A. The short answer is you SAVE MONEY! Property management companies, vacation rental sites, and ads cost money. This is added to your total cost. With our FREE web based solution, the owner's overhead is drastically lowered, allowing them to pass the savings on to you the guest, and helps owners fill up their vacancies!
The way that we offer all of the amazing features of TripAngle to these owners is by charging you, the guest a small processing fee of $21. We donate a portion of our bookings to charities and coming September 2013, we will have a portion of each booking going back to a renter and owner who have used our services in that month. We will have a drawing and you could win money using our professional booking services.
We have also helped several cleaning companies and small businesses, so basically you are helping to create jobs, and helping to stimulate our economy.
We have always said the owners of these rentals assume a ton of risk with their mortgage payments, HOA dues, taxes, special assessments, repairs and upkeep. This is why we created TripAngle. This is to have the owners keep their rentals the way YOU, the guest deserve! So, you get the best deal on the best properties.
